Serving / சிறைஇருப்ப

Serving is a activity which finds out and gives what others need. When we go to a restaurant, the waiter who is also called server first comes to find out what we want to eat and takes our order and make sure he delivers it for us.
He waits at the table for us till we give the order, sometimes he suggest chefs favorite for us. That is why he is called waiter.
In the Kingdom of God we are called to be waiters. Our Father in heaven and LORD Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit are our customers.
It is important that we find out what the will of our Father in heaven and make sure we deliver it for Him.
When we know what God's wants from us, we can then work on delivering it with the gifts and talents He has given us.
Just like how the waiter gets tips and rewards for serving well, we too will get rewards when we serve the LORD.
We read about it in Romans 2:6 For God will reward each of us according to what we have done.
So serve the LORD you and your house, for that is what we are called to do.

சேவை செய்வது என்பது மற்றவர்களுக்குத் தேவையானதைக் கண்டுபிடித்து வழங்கும் ஒரு செயலாகும். நாம் ஒரு உணவகத்திற்குச் சென்றால், சர்வர் என்று அழைக்கப்படும் வெயிட்டர் முதலில் நாம் என்ன சாப்பிட விரும்புகிறோம் என்பதைக் நம்மிடம் கேட்டு, நமக்காக செய்து நம் சாப்பிடுவதற்காக அந்த உணவை கொண்டு வந்து தருவார்.
அந்த வெயிட்டர் நாம் ஆர்டர் செய்யும் வரை அவர் நமக்காக மேஜையில் காத்திருக்கிறார், சில சமயங்களில் அவர் நமக்கு பிடித்த உணவை பரிந்துரைக்கிறார். அதனால்தான் அவர் பணியாள் என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறார்.
தேவனுடைய ராஜ்ஜியத்திலும் இதே போலதான். நாம் தேவனுக்கு சேவிக்கிற பணியாளராய் அழைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். பிதாவாகிய தேவனும் ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவும் ஆவியானவரும் நம் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள்.
அவர்களின் சித்தம் என்னவென்று நாம் கேட்டு அறிந்து அதை தேவனுக்கு நாம் செய்வதற்காகவே அழைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். அவ்வாறாக தேவனின் சித்தத்தை அறிந்த பிறகு, கர்த்தர் நமக்கு கொடுத்த தாழந்துகளின்
மூலமாக தேவனின் சித்தத்தை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
சேவை செய்பவருக்கு எப்படி வெகுமதிகள் கிடைக்கிறதோ, அதுபோல நாமும் கர்த்தருக்குச் சேவை செய்யும் போது வெகுமதிகளைப் பெறுவோம்.
இதைத்தான் ரோமர் 2:6 இவ்வாறாக எழுதி இருக்கிறது "தேவன் அவனவனுடைய கிரியைகளுக்குத்தக்கதாய் அவனவனுக்குப் பலனளிப்பார்.
ஆதலால் நீங்களும் உங்கள் விட்டாரும் கர்த்தரையே சேவியுங்கள், அதற்கு ஏற்ற பலனை பெறுங்கள்.
