The art of waiting / காத்திருக்கும் கலை

Why wait? why not get what we ask God immediately or quickly. Many times it seems like our prayers are put on hold and nothing happens. We lose hope and even forgot about that we prayed for it.
But God does not forget. The moment you pray and ask, your request is received and recorded by Him and He starts to work on it.
God first hears your request and before answering He sees if you are ready to receive that answer or is your circumstances are ideal to receive the answer.
Many times we may want something desperately but don't understand that we are not ready for it, God only knows our actual condition.
So when God received our prayer request, He starts to prepare us and make us ready to receive and handle that blessing.
Waiting is a time of preparation of our spiritual and physical condition.
During the time of waiting, God prepares us to who He wants us to be.
When we are ready, He answers our request and grants us that blessing, which will not make us drift away from Him, but rather run for Him.
The blessing from God after waiting will not consume us but enable us to enjoy it.
After all we ask to receive and to enjoy what we receive.
So don't be discouraged, what you asked for you will surely receive, it is only a matter of time.
God is working all things for good for you and at the right time bless you more than you think or imagine.

ஏன் காத்திருக்க வேண்டும்? கர்த்தரிடத்தில் ஜெபித்துக் கேட்ட காரியங்கள் ஏன் உடனடியாகவோ சீக்கிரமாகவோ சில சமயங்களில் கிடைப்பதில்லை? இப்படியான கேள்விகள் நமக்கு உண்டு. காத்திருக்கும் பொழுது நம்பிக்கையை இழந்து விடுகிறோம், கேட்டதையும் மறந்து விடுகிறோம்.
ஆனால் கர்த்தரோ நாம் கேட்ட காரியத்தை மறப்பதில்லை. நாம் முதலாவது கேட்ட பொழுது அவர் நம் சார்பில் செயலாற்ற துவங்குகிறார். பல நேரங்களில் நாம் கேட்கும் காரியத்திற்கு நாம் தயாராக இருப்பதில்லை என்று அவர் அறிந்திருக்கிறார்.
பதில் உடனடியாக பெறுவதற்கு நாமோ நம் சூழ்நிலைகளோ தயாராக இல்லை என்பது அவருக்கு தெரியும். அதனால் தான் அவர் முதலாவது நம்மை அந்த ஆசீர்வாதத்தை பெற தயார்படுத்துகிறார்.
அப்படியாக அந்த நன்மையும் ஆசீர்வாதத்தையும் பெற நம் தயாராக இருக்கும்பொழுது, அந்த நற்கிரியை நமக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. அப்படியாக அந்த நன்மையை நாம் பெரும் பொழுது அது நம்மை வில செய்யாதபடி கர்த்தருக்கு விசுவாசம் உள்ளவர்களாய் இருக்க செய்கிறது. அந்த ஆசீர்வாதம் நம்மை கெடுக்காத படி நல்ல ஒரு ஓட்டத்தை ஓடவும் சாட்சியாய் இருப்பதற்கும் அது உதவுகிறது.
அதனால் தான் நாம் பல தடவை காத்திருக்கிறோம். திடன் கொள்ளுங்கள் கர்த்தர் உங்கள் சார்பில் செயலாற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். நிச்சயமாகவே உங்கள் ஜெபத்திற்கு பதில் உண்டு. சகலமும் உங்கள் நன்மைக்கு ஏதுவாய் நடக்கிறது.
