Power of silent waiting / அமைதி காப்பதின் வல்லமை

In this contentious world, we all get dragged into unnecessary argument to prove our point and also to prove that we are right. We take it in our hand to fight against those who do wrong to us.
We get busy defending ourselves or our children or family with our own strength and wisdom.
In this process we become weary and worn out.
Psalmist David also went through the same struggle of fighting with his own strength and running and hiding from his enemies, until he realized that his fight is not his own, but it is the Lord's.
David learned that victory comes by waiting silently and trusting in the LORD.
David learned salvation comes from the LORD.
Are you in the same boat as David, fighting, arguing, striving hard to overcome your adversaries, remember whatever fight your battling now, it is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of darkness and you need the LORD Jesus Christ to fight your battle.
He alone can give you the victory which He has already won on the cross.
Be still, stay and wait silently trusting in the LORD and know that He is God.
Do not counter argue and fight to defend yourself, rather stay silent and let God do His work.
When you stay silent and trust God, His power is at work.

இந்த சர்ச்சைக்குரிய உலகில், நம் கருத்தை நிரூபிக்கவும், நாம் சரி என்று நிரூபிக்கவும் நாம் அனைவரும் தேவையற்ற விவாதத்திற்கு இழுக்கப்படுகிறோம். நமக்குத் தவறு செய்பவர்களுக்கு எதிராகப் போராடுவதைக் கையில் எடுத்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.
நம்மையோ அல்லது நம் குழந்தைகளையோ அல்லது குடும்பத்தையோ நமது சொந்த பலம் மற்றும் ஞானத்துடன் பாதுகாப்பதில் நாம் மும்முரமாக இருக்கிறோம்.
அதனால் சோர்வடைந்து களைத்துப் போகிறோம்.
சங்கீதக்காரன் தாவீதும் தனது சண்டை தனக்கு சொந்தமானது அல்ல, ஆனால் அது கர்த்தருடையது என்பதை உணரும் வரை, தனது சொந்த பலத்துடன் சண்டையிட்டு, தனது எதிரிகளிடமிருந்து ஓடி ஒளிந்து கொள்ளும் அதே போராட்டத்தை அனுபவித்தார்.
அமைதியாகக் காத்திருப்பதன் மூலமும் கர்த்தரை நம்புவதன் மூலமும் வெற்றி கிடைக்கும் என்பதை தாவீது அறிந்துகொண்டார்.
இரட்சிப்பு கர்த்தரிடமிருந்து வருகிறது என்பதை தாவீது கற்றுக்கொண்டார்.
தாவீதைப் போன்ற அதே படகில் நீங்கள், உங்கள் எதிரிகளை மேற்கொள்ள போராடி, விவாதித்து, கடினமாக முயற்சி செய்கிறீர்களா?
நீங்கள் இப்பொழுது யுத்தம் பண்ணுகிற யுத்தம் எதுவாயினும், அது மாம்சத்தோடும் இரத்தத்தோடும் அல்ல, துரைத்தனங்களோடும் இருளின் அதிகாரங்களோடும் இருக்கிறது என்பதை நினைவுகூருங்கள், உங்கள் யுத்தத்தை நடத்த கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து உங்களுக்குத் தேவை.
அவர் ஏற்கனவே சிலுவையில் வென்ற வெற்றியை உங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்க அவரால் மட்டுமே முடியும்.
நீங்கள் அமைதலாயிருங்கள், கர்த்தரை நம்பி மௌனமாய் காத்திருங்கள், அவரே தேவன் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.
எதிர்வாதம் செய்யாதீர்கள், உங்களைப் பாதுகாக்க போராடாதீர்கள், மாறாக அமைதியாக இருங்கள், தேவன் தம்முடைய வேலையைச் செய்யட்டும்.
நீங்கள் அமைதியாக இருந்து, தேவனை நம்பும்போது, அவருடைய வல்லமை செயல்படும்.
