Are you a giver?/நீங்கள் கொடுக்கிறவரா?

Are you a giver? I don't mean giving money, I mean giving your love to others, giving your time to others, using your God given talents to help others, giving your 5 loaves and 2 fish to the Lord Jesus Christ.
God wants you to be a giver. He Himself gave His one and only Son and set an example for all of us.
All that you have, you have received from Father in heaven, who gives to you so you can share it with others and be givers.
Giving is not losing. Giving is profiting. Giving opens heavens door.
This is what the verse says today. It is more blessed to give than to receive.
The greek word for blessed is 'makarios' which means someone who receives divine favor, divine fortune, who becomes eligible to receive God's blessing.
When you give your time, love, talents and gifts, when you encourage someone truly out of your heart, then you become the candidate for God's blessing.
So start the day looking for opportunity to give, pick up your phone you have in your hand and call someone and encourage and pray, walk with someone in their difficult journey, embrace someone in their weakness and show Christ love.

நீங்கள் கொடுக்கிறவரா? நான் பணம் கொடுப்பதை குறித்து கூறவில்லை. அன்பு செலுத்துகிறதை குறித்தும், நேரத்தை தருகிறதை குறித்தும், கர்த்தர் கொடுத்த திறமைகள் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளுதலை குறித்தும் கூறுகிறேன். உங்கள் இடத்தில் இருக்கிற ஐந்து அப்பத்தையும் இரண்டு மீன்களையும் கர்த்தருக்கு என்று கொடுக்கிறதை குறித்து கூறுகிறேன்.
பிதாவாகிய தேவனை தம்முடைய ஒரே பேரான குமாரனை தந்தவர். ஆதலால் நீங்களும் கொடுக்கிறவர்களாய் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று கர்த்தர் விரும்புகிறார். நீங்கள் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட அனைத்தும் ஜோதிகளின் பிதாவிடத்திலிருந்து வந்தவைகள். பிதாவாகிய தேவன் உங்களுக்குத் தந்த நன்மைகளின் காரணம் அதை நீங்கள் மற்றவர்களுக்கு பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதற்காக.
கொடுப்பது நஷ்டம் அல்ல அது லாபமே. அதைத்தான் இன்றைய வசனம் கூறுகிறது. பாக்கியம் என்ற வார்த்தை கிரேக்க மொழியில் "மாக்காரியாஸ்" என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. அதற்கு அர்த்தம் கர்த்தரின் தயவை பெற்றவன், கர்த்தர் ஆசீர்வதிப்பதற்கு தகுதியுள்ளவன்.
நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய நேரத்தையும், அன்பையும், திறமையையும் மற்றவர்களுக்கு தரும்பொழுது, நீங்கள் மற்றவர்களை முழு இருதயத்தோடு உற்சாகப்படுத்தும் பொழுது, கர்த்தருடைய ஆசீர்வாதத்தை பெறுவதற்கு தகுதி அடைகிறீர்கள். ஆதலால் இன்றைய நாளை யாருக்கு உபயோகமாக செலுத்தலாம் என்று நினைத்து செயல்படுங்கள். உங்கள் கைகளில் இருக்கிற தொலைபேசியை எடுத்து மற்றவர்களை கூப்பிட்டு உற்சாகப்படுத்துங்கள், அவர்களுக்காக ஜெபியுங்கள், கஷ்டத்தின் பாதையில் நடக்கிறவர்களோடு சேர்ந்து நீங்களும் நடந்து அவர்களை பலப்படுத்துங்கள், கர்த்தருடைய அன்பை காண்பியுங்கள்.
