Check your deeds
Who will give to each one according to his or her deeds (works).
Romans 2:6
Apostle Paul writes a very important message. Our life does not have an end. Even though we may think that our life finishes once we are done living on this earth.
Life just begins and were we spend eternity after our life on earth depends on what we do while we are on earth.
The next verse tells that we receive eternal life, life in God's presence and His kingdom forever, if we seek HIS glory, honor and immortality.
That is if our actions brings praise to the Father in heaven, if our life honors Him, we receive eternal life.
BUT, verse 8 says, to those who are self seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish.
It is important to check your deeds.
Is every action, word, and thoughts glorify God, honor HIM and look for HIM?
OR
Is every action of yours self seeking, not obeying the truth, but obey unrighteousness.
I will leave you to be the judge for yourself. Only God and you can be the best judge for yourself.
