The God Attitude

He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered and said, The Christ of God.

Luke 9:20

In the passage of scripture, Lord Jesus Christ asks two important questions to His disciples. First He asks "Who do the people say that I am" and secondly after the response disciples gave Him, He asks "who do you say and think I am".
Both questions are very important for our victorious Christian living.
The people like now in those days also thought that Jesus was one of the prophets, He was like any other saint or Godly man, they thought Jesus was only man with supernatural anointing.
But Peter was spot on, he said "You are Christ of God", which means you are the Messiah, You are the God who came to save the world, You are the God through whom all things (heavens and the earth) were made and without you nothing was made that was made.
Peter realized who is that he is walking with, he realized he is not walking with ordinary human being but God Himself who made the heaven and earth.
Like Peter, we too walk with Lord Jesus Christ everyday, in fact more than Peter we are closer to our Lord, because His Spirit lives in us.
So how much more we should realize every moment that we as believers in Christ, live with Him, live with God every moment we breath.
So walk with that attitude, not with an attitude as though Jesus is one of the holy man, but with an attitude that Lord Jesus Christ is God who promised to do good to you all the time.
This kind of attitude will activate your faith all the time and bring victory over the enemy the devil who brings doubt, fear, anxiety, worry, sorrow, and so on.
