Imitators
Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
Eph 5:1
As children of God we are called to imitate Christ. We are called to love as Christ loved and walk like Christ walked.
Now how do we know how Christ walked and how He loved.
We learn about Him from the bible. Our Lord Jesus Christ not only walked on this earth two thousand years ago, He was from the beginning.
From Genesis to Revelation we read about the nature of our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.
The more and more we read the bible we know more about Him, about His ways, about His walk, about His stand, about His likes and dislikes.
and once we learn we should start imitating Him.
Do what He did, talk what He talked, walk like He did, stand firm against the devil like He did, love like He did, pray like He did, love the Father God like He did.
When we imitate Christ, we become like Him and His glory will shine through us into this world and show Christ to those who don't know Him.
Our life will become a living testimony when we imitate Christ.
Start to imitate Christ this year and shine His light among others.
