Good
Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in the power of your hand to do so.
Proverbs 3:27
God wants us to do good to others at all times, that is one of the main reason He blesses us, so that we can be a blessing to others. He blesses us financial, so that we can help the poor, orphans and needy, He blesses us with wisdom and good education so that we can use that to teach others and be useful to the community we live in, He blesses some to be medical professionals so that they can use the God given wisdom to treat those who couldn't otherwise afford a good medical treatment.
So why does God wants us to do good and not withhold it for ourselves. It is because He is good and shows His good nature through us to others.
When we bless some one who is in need financially, when we use our God given talents to treat others or teach others, we share the goodness of God to them, which will enable them to see God and know about His love and goodness.
When we withhold the good, we bury the God given talents He gave us and it becomes useless and perishes. Just like in the parable of talents, we are expected to multiply it by sharing the goodness we received to other and not be like the one who buried his talent and it was taken away from him.
God never blesses us to keep it for ourselves, He always blesses us to be a blessing for many. The more you give, the more you receive, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap (Luke 6:38).
So look for ways you can do good and be a blessing to others.
