Fill your minds

Fill your minds with those things that are good and that deserve praise; things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and honorable and the God who gives you peace with be with you.

Philippians 4:8,9

Mind is the power house of an individual, as the mind goes, so will the person be. Every action of a person before it is physically executed starts from the mind. Worry, fear, anxiety, doubt, and many such things starts in the mind, and it paralyzes the person from doing and fulfilling God's purposes in their lives.
Mind causes either the well-being of a person or distress. Many times we fill our minds with thoughts which are not real and true, many times we fill our minds with thoughts of past or past events.
That is why it is very important to always fill your minds with good things and things from above.
In Colossians 3:2 apostle Paul instructs us to set our mind on things above, not on things on the earth.
And here in Philippians he instructs us to fill our minds with good things which deserve praise, fill our minds with the true Word of God, noble thinking, that is thinking good about others, thinking about doing things which will please God, think about honoring God with our actions by loving others.
When we fill our minds with these, truly the rest of our part, the physical nature is blessed with healing, goodness, and we give no room to the devil to cause harm to us.
So today make every effort to fill your minds with things of above as Paul instructs and reap the benefits of it, which is a stress-free and blessed life.
