Turnaround

Then he erected an altar there and called it El Elohe Israel.

Genesis 33:20

Jacob after many long years of running away from Esau his elder brother for the fear of life, meets him face to face in Genesis 33.
We all know the background of this story and how much hostile Esau was towards Jacob.
But in this chapter of Genesis we read that when Esau met Jacob, his heart melted and instead of taking vengeance on his brother, Esau hugged Jacob and wept and reconciled himself. An enemy turned into a loving brother again.
Hence Jacob erected an altar and offered sacrifice and named the place El Elohe Israel, meaning mighty God of Israel who alone can turn evil to good, worse to better, enemy to brother.
God whom we worship is a turnaround, God.
Are you facing opposition or roadblocks, is your enemy too strong? God whom you worship, LORD Jesus Christ will turn around your situation for good.
He will even melt your enemy's heart and make him show favor towards you instead of hatred.
So rejoice, your turnaround time is coming.
