Does not return empty
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me empty.
Isaiah 55:11
The Word spoken by God has such immense power. It accomplishes what it has been sent for and does not return empty. In other words the Words of God does not disappoint you.
What are the Words of God, it is His promises written in the Bible.
There are around 8000 promises, God made to us in the bible. 2 Corinthians 1:20 says that all His promises are yes and amen.
When you read the promises in the Bible know that they are the very words of God spoken by Him in perfect faith and it will not return to Him empty.
All else will fail and disappoint you, but the Words of God, His promises will never fail you or disappoint.
Sometimes the Word of God, His promises may seem of no effect, but even if it delays it will fulfill God's purposes in your life.
