Almighty

The word Almighty God is translated as El Shaddai in hebrew and it means powerful God and no one great and powerful than Him.
First time in the bible God declared His nature and revealed who He is.
While declaring his nature, God instructs Abraham to walk before Him blameless so He will multiply him exceedingly.
This promise God gave to Abraham was truly fulfilled in his lifetime and God indeed multiplied and blessed abraham exceedingly with all he desired.
This promise is also for you and for me through Christ Jesus our LORD.
We don't have to work hard to fulfill this promise in our lives, all we have to do is believe and have a love relationship with our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
Our LORD Jesus walked blamess before Father God and also bore our sins and sickness so we can be also considered to have walked blamess before God.
Since we have already walked blames before God through Christ,  the blessing of multiplication is for us.
And we receive it by faith.
Abraham also received this promise by faith.
In Genesis 15:6 we read that Abraham believed the LORD.
Believe your Father in heaven is El Shaddai and nothing is impossible for Him and you shall receive.
