All for good

And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.

Romans 8:28

When life hits hard surfaces the immediate reaction is we panic and then we become sorrowful. The joy and peace we enjoyed fade away, and sorrow and grief fill our hearts. Why this feeling? why do we feel sorrowful?
It is because we are concerned about ourselves or our children, spouse, and family.
Today's bible verse in Romans 8:28 says in an amplified version that God is deeply concerned about us. As per 3 John 1:2, God wants you and me to be well and prosper in all things. More than you He is concerned about you. What is that He is concerned about you?
Unlike us, He is not concerned that we are not rich or have our children are not in prestigious schools etc, He is concerned about our souls.
He wants first our soul to prosper, that is, to love Him above all else and when the soul prospers, you have eternal life and all other goodness your life needs.
Hence when trouble comes, He is closer to you to take care of you.
He works in your life to turn the sorrow into joy, He makes use of the bad circumstances in your life to for your own good or for the good of others around you.
The end result is joy, peace, and gladness.
While you struggle through that pain or disappointment, remember you are not alone, it is all for good because LORD Jesus Christ knows your pain and is concerned about it and it working on your behalf to do good to you and not harm you.
So Trust in the LORD with all your heart and be closer to Him; He will surely make your path straight.
