Do it all for glory

It's summertime and we all plan and do many things. Be it a birthday party or graduation party or wedding, we take time and do it well, we order good food and spend money so the event itself is well prepared and done in a grand way.
There is no wrong in doing it grand, but apostle Paul says to do it all to the glory of God.
Whatever we do, may the name of the LORD be praised, because He is the reason we are able to enjoy all the goodness.
May our hearts be thankful to the LORD.
Above all these events gives us a good opportunity to share the love of the LORD and tell about Him to others who do not know Him.
As followers of Christ, it is important that we remember to give God the glory.
The other way of giving God glory in anything we do is by inviting or helping those who are underprivileged in society.
God trusts us to be a help to the poor and needy and that's one of the reasons He has blessed us.
So when we help those in need during special occasions, those who are needy will then praise God and give glory to Him.
At all times may the name of the Lord be magnified and glorified.
