Child of God
For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith.
1 John 5:4
Every child of God defeats the evil world or evil things that come against them. Who is the child of God? verse 1 gives the answer. Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God.
Today if you have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, you are a child of God and you are given the power to defeat all actions of evil against you and your family.
But why many times as children of God many suffer from various problems and difficulties. In fact a person who has not accepted Jesus seems to live a better life than those who have.
The reason is faith. Every child of God who has faith will overcome the world and the problems in the world.
Faith in the LORD Jesus Christ and His Word will help you to take victory and overcome all the evil plans against you.
Faith enables you to be a conquerer. Everything that Jesus did while He was on earth was based on faith. Before performing miracles Jesus asks everyone if they believe and the bible even says that Jesus Himself could not do miracles in His hometown because they didn't believe in Him.
Faith is believing in Jesus Christ that He can perform that miracle, He has already healed the sickness, Nothing is impossible for Him.
There are two things you can do to activate your faith, by reading the Word of God and also ask Jesus to help remove your unbelief just like the father of the child prayed in Mark chapter 9 verse 24.
Today as a child of God activate your faith and overcome the world around you.
