David's Prayer

In this Psalm king David prayers a very important prayer. He asks God to open his eyes and show the wonderful hidden treasures in the law which is the Word of God.
The word of God has the solution to all our problems, it also has keys to open doors of blessing, it also has answers to our many questions, and above all, it has the power to destroy all evil and power to set us free.
Knowing this truth, David asks God to open His eyes to know many hidden truths in His word.
David sought after the source of blessing rather than the blessing itself.
Today it is important that we pray this same prayer when we read the Bible, asking God to open our eyes to His word.
We don't have to search for answers anywhere else, we don't have to look for solutions to problems anywhere, and we don't have to run after blessing anywhere, it is all in the Bible, in the very word of the Living God and when God opens our eyes we can see it and receive it so that our joy will be full.
May the LORD open your eyes and show you wondrous things in the law which will set you free, deliver you, and bless you.
