Key of David

In biblical terms, keys signify status, power, and authority. God gave king David status power and authority over all of Israel and whatever David commands no one could go against it.  In these last days, God fulfilled the promise He gave to David. He raised up His own son to rule from the throne of king David and gave His son status, power, and authority not just over Israel but over the whole earth and all who live in it.  Whatever God's Son commands no one could go against it. He has been given the power to open and shut;  no one can resist it.
Power to open and shut what exactly? Power to open new doors, new seasons, and new opportunities. The LORD opens doors through His spoken word and shuts it through His spoken word as well.
He spoke against the storm and said be still and it became still, He spoke to the deaf and said 'Ephphatha' which means be opened and the deaf could hear and no one could shut his ears after.
Realize and remember that the one and only who has the power to open and shut is our LORD Jesus Christ.
So go to Him alone today to seek help. For your help comes only from Him who made the heaven and earth.  He has promised He will open doors for you and shut doors to protect you. He is gracious and abounding in mercy.
Ask your LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, who has the key of David to open the door which is shut for you and shut the door which is open for you. For He is willing.
