Eat the body
when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me
1 Corinthians 11:24
What did Jesus mean by take eat this is My body which is broken for you? He goes on to say do this in remembrance of me.
To understand that, we need to go to the source of who Jesus is. In gospel of John chapter 1 we read that in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
So before Jesus came to be born as a baby in human form, He was the Word and Word of God and He was God.
So eating His body means to eat the Word of God, which means to read His Word and believe, which means to read and know everything about Jesus and believe with all of our heart that Jesus Christ is the Savior who died for our sins and that He is the only way to the Father in Heaven, it also means to believe and have faith in Him, in His Word in every area and walk of our life. Depending on Him for everything, because He is the source of everything for us.
Communion is one of the way to remember to believe in Jesus and have Faith in His Word.
When you believe in the Word of God, powerful things starts to happen, the impossible starts to happen. Jesus himself said in gospel of Mark 9:23, that all things are possible for him who believes.
Do you believe, Do you eat His body broken for you? whatever it is you face, Just believe in faith in the LORD Jesus Christ and receive what He has already done for you at the cross.
