Inherit Eternal life
What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?

In this chapter of Luke, a certain scribe, an expert in the law of God, ask Jesus the most important question, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
Even though the scribe knew the answer to this question, he wanted to test Jesus and see if he can find fault with Him. The question is asked is a millionaire dollar question.

Jesus asks the scribe what he thinks he should do to inherit eternal life, what does the word of God tell about it.
Scribe answers and tells Jesus that in order to inherit eternal life or go to heaven, one should love the LORD the God with all his heart, with all his soul, with all his strength, and with all his mind, and love his neighbor as himself.
Hearing his answer, Jesus told him, yes your answer is correct, do this and you will live and go to heaven.
We may be busy in life or have other important things to do or desire many things on this earth in our life, but one thing we should never miss is eternal life, or going to heaven.
How can you be sure, test yourself everyday to see if you love LORD Jesus Christ with all your heart, soul and mind and love your Neibhor as your self.
