Boast in the LORD

We all at many times in the past were tempted to boast about various things in our life. Most of the times it would have been about our children, how talented they are, how handsome they are and that there is no one like them, sometimes we boast about family heritage and talk about the family line, but today the bible says that we are expected only to boast what the LORD has done, boast about the goodness of the LORD, about His kindness, grace, mercy and miracles He has done.
When you boast about the LORD, His name is glorified and others come to know the attributes of the LORD and be able to know about Him more.
When you boast about the LORD and all the things He did for you and also who He actually is, you acknowledge His greatness, His goodness, His love.
When you boast in the LORD, the enemy the devil is put to shame and you are not acknowledging his character which is pride.
When you boast in the LORD it builds your faith and the faith of other believers and with faith all things will be possible.
When you boast in the LORD it gives you victory and enemy is defeated, thats what David did when he defeated Goliath.
Today boast in the LORD, your heritage and family line is from the LORD boast about that and reap the benefits that comes along with that.
