Good and Perfect Gift
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
James 1:17
The Bible is full of passages that proclaim the goodness of God. First of all, God is good because He is the creator of a good universe. He Himself proclaimed it to be good (Genesis 1).
Secondly, God is good not only because He is the creator, but also because He is the redeemer: "O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive, so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help" (Psalm 86:5).
In this world, we see many bad and worse things happen, and we sometimes blame God for it. But, the bible clearly says all good things are from God. Who is the Father of heavenly lights.
Yes, there is no bad in Him, He does not cause anything bad or harm anybody, He always intends good for everyone and more so for His children who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ.
So today approach Him with Love knowing and realizing that He is a God who does good to you and want to do good.
Many times we believe on this lie enemy the devil makes us believe, that is God punishes us and does harm to us, we are sick because God has punished us for our sins, we have a certain problem because God is angry with us. But the bible says through Jesus Christ we receive grace and mercy and God is forgiving when we go to Him and does good to us.
When you pray today, believe on this truth and in faith ask the Father in heaven, because He is a good God and rewarder of all those who seek Him diligently.
Go to Him confidently, knowing that He is good and will do good to you. He is the only one who has the good and perfect gift for you, and it only comes from Him. So search nowhere else.
