Hearts Desire
May He grant you according to your heart's desire, and fulfill all your purpose.
Psalms 20:4
Being a child is a blessed time in the life of a person, because as a child, your desires are fulfilled by parents most of the time. The love parents have for their children,
meets the desire of the child, may it be toys or food or clothing or games etc. Many times the child may not even ask,
but parents knowing their child's desire get them what they want as a surprise gift during their birthday.
Similarly, we have heavenly parent, who is our Father God. He knows our heart's desire and grants it.
He knows what is good for us and the deep desires of our heart.
He remembers our lowly state and that we are dependent and in need. Many times, we may not even pray for that desire to be fulfilled,
but just like the earthly parent, our heavenly Father knowing our desire fulfills it He is a good God.
So today, what is your heart's desire. What is that you want from your God ? Go to your heavenly father and ask as a child asks his or her earthly parents.
Jesus said ask, and it shall be given, so ask and may God the Father grant you according to your heart's desire and fulfill all your purpose.
Rejoice in the LORD, because He is the one who fulfills your desires.
