Fix your eyes
I will surely deliver you, and you shall not fall by the sword; but your life shall be as a prize to you, because you have put your trust in Me, says the Lord.
Jeremiah 39:18
God's promises are yes and amen. When God's speaks a word, nothing can stop it. No power in darkness, no scheme of man, can ever pluck you from the promises of God.
The lord spoke to Jeremiah and gave this promise to the Ethiopian, saying he will not fall by the sword, but his life will be as a prize to him.
Today whatever situation is standing against you, Trust in the Lord Almighty, the situation against you will not consume you,
You will not fall by the sword, but live, and your life is given to you as a prize and gift.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and when you do so you will not be shaken, because the Lord will be with you on your side.
The word of God says to focus on Jesus, and not turn to the left or to the right. Keep your eyes fixed on Him always. That is what is Trusting in Him.
Many times we are naturally tempted to look at the situation and circumstance, but rather practice to look on the one who alone has power to deliver you.
Lord Jesus Christ has the power to set you free and deliver you from the hands of the enemy. So fix your eyes on Him, on Jesus, who is the beginning and the end.
