Teaching Love
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
Psalms 32:8
One of the names of our Lord Jesus Christ is Teacher. When He was on earth, the disciples only called Him Rabbi in Hebrew, which means Teacher. They have rightly called Him as Teacher. God wants to teach us every day to walk a blessed life. He wants to reveal to us His secrets and help us live an abundant life. That is why He said in Jeremiah 33:3, call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things you do not know.
All that we need including the wisdom and understanding to handle the various situation and circumstances are given to us from our God. Hence, He expects us to ask Him.
He is a gentle Teacher, who instructs us gently and is patient with us.
He not only wants to Teach us things we do not know, but also instruct us, that is help us to fix the mess in our life. In fact, God has already given us tons' of instruction on living an abundant life and also instructions on fixing our mess. This instruction manual which God has given us is called 'The Bible'. When we wholeheartedly follow the instructions written in The Bible, we can truly live a trouble free and peaceful life, because that is the promise He has given us.
Lastly, He not only teaches us and instructs us, but also guides us. God has given us His Spirit, who dwells inside us and His primary purpose is to guide us every day in paths of righteousness, that in right paths of God knowing good and evil.
Today you worship a God who wants to teach you to be blessed, His Word (The Bible) to instruct you to live a trouble free life and His Holy Spirit to guide you to live a righteous life. What more else you can have. You are truly blessed. Ask, Read and Walk in His Love.
