New Owner
Now it is God who makes both us, and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit.
2 Corinthians 1:21-22
Until the time we are saved, that is believed in Lord Jesus Christ and accepted Him as our personal Savior, we don't belong to Him. We have an owner who owns us and has rights upon us, and it is the kingdom of darkness, and it's leader, the devil. But the very moment we realize that Jesus Christ is the only God, and He is the only way to the father in heaven and realize that we are sinners and Jesus came to die for our sins and when we repent and accept Jesus as our personal Savior, something unimaginable happens, that is the ownership changes. Jesus delivers us from the hand of the devil. He buys us from slavery.
Until the point we are not saved, we are in bondage as slaves and treated as slaves, but the moment we are saved, Jesus buys us from slavery and sets us free, and He becomes our new owner. He sets His seal of ownership on us.
We now belong to a new house, being given all the rights and authority. We belong to this new house, the house of the Lord Jesus Christ, not as slaves but as Sons and Daughters.
Which means we inherit all the good things that is in the house of the Lord. In the house of the Lord, there is no pain, sorrow, suffering, confusion, disappointment, failure etc.
This is the key truth. Until we don't realize we are now sons and daughter of most High God and no more slaves, we tend to live our old life filled with challenges.
So today inherit what God has given you. Realize and behave and walk like the sons and daughters, use your God given authority and be delivered.
