The Comforter

Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted.

Mathew 5:4

Every day, we are faced with many challenges and struggles. They present to us everyday morning and bothers our routine, our peace and joy. Sometimes it seems we can overcome the struggles and feel that it will part of our lives, and we adapt and learn to live with it.
But God promises us when we face such situations of struggle and suffering, He will be our hope and comfort.
He will be our hope to remind us that these struggles and suffering are not permanent but temporal, and that God has good plans for us and will surely rescue us from our troubles and pain and restore us.
Even the deepest pain of losing loved ones may seem a loss which is unrecoverable, but God is compassionate,
He understands our pain, He Himself experienced such a pain of loss when He gave His Son on the cross and hence He knows how to comfort you. Healing comes from the Lord.
This is a promise that God give us to tell us that no matter what happens, He is there for us and will not leave us nor forsakes us.
That is why we are truly blessed, because there is a God who cares for us and takes care of us.
Mourning will be for a night, but joy comes in the morning. He is our hope and salvation.
