Good News

bring you good news that will bring great joy to all people. The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!

Luke 2:10-11

In Gospel of Luke Chapter 2, the physician Luke recorded this wonderful news delivered by none other than the angels from heaven. This is the only place this incident is recorded and this is the best news of all human history, yet we feel many times no impact of this news.
We have heard this news many times year over year, Christmas over Christmas and our ears have become dull and immune to this news.
Life goes on as usual for us as though nothing has happened.
Well, may this Christmas let our hearts receive, realize, live and celebrate this good news.
The good news is God sent His only Son to save and deliver us and be with us, take care of us, and finally when all is said and done, take us to His home to be with Him eternally.
How does this news sound to you?
You and me who were once alone with no one to save and help. Destruction, sorrow, and death — even eternal death where return in our forehead.
But Christ changed it all. No matter what your circumstances are, no matter what your story is, there couldn't be any better news for you and me than this.
That Christ is born and God Himself is our caretaker forever.
So relax. God has craved you in the palm of His hands. He knows what He is doing in your life.
Enjoy and celebrate this greatest news of all times. Christ the Lord has been born. He will perfect all things that concerns you.
May this Christmas season bring hope to your heart and may you be filled with Joy.
Reflection:
Take a moment and quiet your minds and think about this good news. Let this verse sink into your heart and let it realize that you are not alone.
Remind yourself every moment about this good news and learn to cast all your worries, fears and anxiety to Him.
For Christ the Lord cares for you.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for the good news, thank you for sending your Son Jesus Christ. Help me to carry this good news always in my heart. When storms hit me and when uncertainty surrounds me, remind me about this good news. Fill my heart with your love and confident hope. Help my wavering mind and enable it to focus on you always.
Fill my heart with joy and gladness this Christmas season.
