You are His
I have called you by your name; You are Mine
Isaiah 43:1
In these verses, God speaks personally and tenderly to His people — to you and me. He reminds us that we belong to Him.
Yes, this is a greatest promise. God owns us. That means your concern is His concern, your future is His future, He always desire your well being.
God doesn’t promise a life free from trouble, but He does promise His presence through it all. When you walk through deep waters of fear, loss, or uncertainty, He is there. When the fires of trials threaten to consume you, His grace becomes your shield.
He preserves you in and through trouble.
The same God who created and formed you has also redeemed you through Jesus Christ.
Now you are in His hands and hence no storm can drown you, no flame can destroy you. The waters may rise, but His hand holds you above them. The fires may burn around you, but His Spirit keeps you unhurt, uninjured and undamaged.
When life feels overwhelming, remember who you are and whose you are. You are not abandoned. You are HIS, chosen, called, and carried by the One who says, “Fear not, for I am with you.”
Reflection:
Are you facing deep waters or fiery trials today? Pause and remember: the God who formed you walks with you. He knows your name, and He never leaves your side. His presence is your protection.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for calling me by name and making me Your own. When I face the storms and fires of life, remind me that You are with me. Help me to trust in Your presence and power to carry me through every trial. I rest in Your promise that I am Yours, forever. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
