Your confidence

For the LORD will be your confidence, and will keep your foot from being caught.

Proverbs 3:26

Confidence is generally defined as a belief in oneself and one’s abilities.
Some have confidence in themselves, in their own ability, qualities, and judgement;
Some put their confidence in others.
But Proverbs teaches us to put confidence in the LORD.
All else may fail, but our LORD GOD and Savior Jesus Christ never fails.
The previous verse tells us not to be discouraged or lose hope because of challenges, difficulties.
Trust and put your confidence in the LORD.
The LORD speaks, and it comes into existence.
Train yourself to put your confidence in the LORD in all circumstances.
Keep Him at your right hand, and you will not be shaken.
Whatever you may be facing today, the LORD is at your right hand. He will accomplish all things and rejoice over you.
When you put your confidence in the LORD, then you will not slip but will have a firm footing.
You will not be put to shame but will be clothed with honor and fame.
